Prohibition: Transferring, selling, leasing, or otherwise providing access to your account or VPN keys to third parties is strictly prohibited. Reselling VPN keys and operating reseller operations is permitted exclusively through the official XNEOVPN reseller platform. Any unauthorized reselling outside the official platform is strictly forbidden.
3.3. Detection of Unauthorized Reselling. XNEOVPN monitors VPN key usage patterns to detect unauthorized resale. The following metrics are analyzed:
If these metrics significantly exceed normal thresholds, the key may be temporarily suspended during an audit. Based on the audit findings, XNEOVPN will take one of the following actions:
3.4. One Account Per Individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, exploit promotions, or perform abusive manipulations is prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without compensation.

Consequences of Violations: Discovery of any prohibited activity results in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies in cases of damage to third parties or XNEOVPN.
5.1. Subscription Plans. XNEOVPN offers various subscription plans differing in validity periods, simultaneous device limits, server locations, and bandwidth allocations. Pricing is published in our web dashboard and Telegram bot. Pricing and plan options may be updated from time to time; active rates are displayed at checkout.
5.2. Payment Methods. Payments are made through the dashboard or Telegram bot. Supported payment channels include:

5.3. Auto-Renewal. Where recurring billing is selected and explicitly stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time in the dashboard or via support.
5.4. Price Adjustments. XNEOVPN reserves the right to modify pricing. Standard price changes apply only to future billing periods and never affect already prepaid cycles.
In exceptional circumstances involving force majeure (substantial server hosting price hikes, macroeconomic inflation, extreme currency fluctuations), XNEOVPN reserves the right to adjust active terms by shortening remaining plan duration. In such rare events, XNEOVPN undertakes to:

Important: The blockchain network for USDT transfers (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, etc.) is determined solely by XNEOVPN administration based on current gas fees. The user is obligated to provide an accurate wallet address on the specified network. If the user provides an incorrect address or incompatible network, and the transaction is broadcast, XNEOVPN bears no liability for lost funds and no duplicate refund will be made.

XNEOVPN strives to maintain the highest service availability, targeting an average uptime of 99.9% per month across all VPN nodes.
Scheduled maintenance (server updates, security patches) is performed during low-traffic windows. Maintenance windows exceeding 30 minutes are announced in advance via our Telegram channel.
The uptime target is an operational goal rather than a legally binding warranty. Actual availability may vary due to:

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

In all circumstances, the cumulative liability of XNEOVPN to the User shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the User for the Service during the preceding 3 months.
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, software code, graphic elements, and brand assets comprising XNEOVPN belong exclusively to XNEOVPN or its licensors.
The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
The User is prohibited from:
10.1. Termination for Cause. XNEOVPN reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate an account without prior notice if:
Upon termination for cause, remaining subscription fees are non-refundable and all VPN keys are revoked immediately.
10.2. Voluntary Termination. Users may delete their account at any time by contacting support via @XNEOVPN. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
10.3. Subscription Expiry. Upon plan expiration without auto-renewal, VPN keys are deactivated automatically. Accounts remain dormant in our system for 90 days before scheduled purge.
The User bears sole legal responsibility for ensuring full compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable in their physical jurisdiction and the jurisdiction to which their traffic is routed.
By using the Service, the User confirms that:
XNEOVPN provides a technical tool for transport security and privacy. Responsibility for the manner and purpose of its utilization rests entirely upon the User.
The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless XNEOVPN, its affiliates, officers, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
This indemnification obligation survives account deletion and termination of this Agreement.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform contractual obligations if caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
The affected party shall take reasonable steps to mitigate consequences and notify the other party within a reasonable timeframe.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.1. Amicable Settlement. In the event of any controversy or dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiations. Inquiries should be submitted via Telegram (@XNEOVPN). The review period for written inquiries is 30 calendar days.
14.2. Jurisdiction. If an amicable settlement is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is registered.
15.1. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.2. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the User and XNEOVPN regarding the Service, superseding all prior proposals, communications, and agreements.
15.3. Waiver. Failure by XNEOVPN to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
15.4. Assignment. The User may not assign or transfer their rights under this Agreement without prior written consent. XNEOVPN may assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor without restriction.
XNEOVPN reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. When material changes are introduced, we will notify Users through:
Amendments take effect 7 calendar days after publication, unless specified otherwise. Continued use of the Service after this period constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
If you disagree with updated terms, you have the right to discontinue use and request account deletion before the effective date.
